All of the products on this website come out of a small Pawtucket, RI workshop. This is still a one man operation, from the sourcing, designing, crafting and website maintenance. Everything in the store is made by Glenn, a skilled leathercrafter with more than 10 years of experience creating beautiful and durable pieces.
Products will be sent via USPS or UPS depending on best price availability. Please contact me directly if the website calculates excessive shipping charges and I can manually calculate a more reasonable price for you.
For currently in stock items, allow 1-3 business days for order processing. Made to order items will ship in 5-10 business days, depending on style and material needs.
Items will ship via USPS unless requested otherwise at additional cost.
Order status will be communicated through email if any delays are expected.
Returns are accepted on unused pieces. Returns must be mailed with proof of shipment within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will be processed once the items are received. Customer pays return shipping.
Custom made pieces may not be exchanged or returned.
Feel free to contact me directly with any issues. In the rare case that your piece fails, I'll be sure to repair or replace it to allow you to enjoy your purchase for years to come. That said, problems are rare. Customers of mine are still using pieces that have been in continuous service for over 10 years without fail.

Quantity discounts are offered and initial stamping/monogramming is offered at no additional fee. Company logos can be added for a fee.
