Where are your products made? Who makes them?

All of the products on this website come out of single Massachusetts based workshop. This is still a one man operation, from the sourcing, designing, crafting,  website maintenance and logistics. Everything in the store is made by Glenn, a skilled leathercrafter with more than 10 years of experience creating beautiful and durable pieces.

Nothing I sell is mass produced or imported as a finished good. I purchase my hides directly from tanneries in the US, Italy and abroad, and everything is designed, cut, sewn, and finished right here in New England. 

Do you do sales or coupons?

Once a year I'll put my entire line on sale for 15% off, Black Friday thru Cyber Monday. I've priced everything I make reasonably to make sure that you get the best quality to price ratio available in benchcrafted American made leather goods today. Rest assured that you're getting the best price possible when you make your purchase. I don't do gimmicky coupons or never-ending sales that make it difficult to discern the true price of the products.

Do you sell wholesale?

Feel free to contact me directly for wholesale ordering info. Most pieces are available for wholesale ordering at reduced costs. Turnaround and wholesale discount will vary based on quantity ordered. Private label available on request. 

What do shipping times look like?

Most items are made to order and will usually ship in 2-4 weeks. This is a one man operation and delays do sometimes happen, but I stick to timelines that I set as often as is possible. Feel free to select Local Pickup/Dropoff (With approval ONLY.) as your shipping option if you're local to the Norwood/Boston area and wish to pick up your package at my workshop. If you select this option and your bag must be shipped, you will be invoiced the shipping cost or your shipment will be held until payment is received. Free shipping starts at $200.


Items will ship via USPS unless requested otherwise at additional cost. 


Order status will be communicated through email if any delays are expected. 

International Shipping

Products will be sent via USPS or UPS depending on best price availability. Please contact me directly if the website calculates excessive shipping charges and I can manually calculate a more reasonable price for you. 

Some leathers cannot be shipped internationally (American Bison, for example). Please contact me for alternatives if you're interested in a bag that I can't ship outside of the US. I can usually find similar colors in non-restricted hides. 


How about custom work?

Custom orders are open,  shipping begins February 2025 (updated 12/3)


Custom orders will be considered, but on a case by case basis. I have access to full catalogs of beautiful leathers from Horween, S.B. Foot and many of the famous Italian tanneries. Have a dream bag in mind? I can probably make it happen. 


I don't often take orders for pieces that deviate greatly from the designs offered on my website, but I'm more than happy to do custom colorways, monogramming, corporate branding, etc.

What's your return policy?

Returns are accepted on unused pieces. Returns must be mailed with proof of shipment within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will be processed once the items are received. Customer pays return shipping. 


Holiday Return Policy: Unused pieces can be exchanged or returned by January 9th. Returns must be mailed with proof of shipment by this cutoff date. Please contact me directly to initiate return process.


Custom made pieces may not be exchanged or returned. Materials for custom work are ordered within 48 hours, after which custom orders cannot be cancelled and any deposits made will not be refunded. Please feel free to reach out for modifications on completed custom work, but can incur an additional cost if material requests vary from the original design.

What if there's a problem with my piece?

Feel free to contact me directly with any issues. In the rare case that your piece fails, I'll be sure to repair or replace it to allow you to enjoy your purchase for years to come. I'm happy to help provide guidance on how to best care for your purchases, because I understand how much of an investment my work is.

That said, problems are rare. Customers of mine are still using pieces that have been in continuous service for over 10 years without fail.

How about large order discounts?

If you're having a wedding, company party, group orders, or any other sort of event and you would like to give a gift that will last a lifetime, feel free to reach out to me for information about a custom order. Quantity discounts are offered and initial stamping/monogramming is offered at no additional fee. Company logos can be added for a fee.
